Objectives

This management training program is designed to develop new management reflexes and foster a positive mindset. The program includes three key steps that enhance organizational culture, equipping leaders of participating organizations with valuable skills.

Our approach stands out for delivering measurable results in the workplace and sharing concrete tools to elevate HR practices based on gaps identified by managers.

Managers, executives, HR Directors, HR Managers, CEOs, senior leaders, and directors
(Participant eligibility is verified through a pre-session entry questionnaire)

Prerequisites

Must hold a managerial or supervisory position.

Tools and Instructional Methodology

  • Three 3-hour group workshops for up to 15 participants.Individual workbooks with course content and practical exercises.
  • Dedicated exchange platform for trainer and participant interactions, providing supplemental materials.
  • Six-month access to a digital platform with video modules covering workshop topics.
  • Training sessions can be conducted onsite at the company or remotely if a participant is unavailable.

Enrollment and AccessProcedures

Enrollmentis confirmed upon acceptance of the service proposal provided to the client at least 6 days before the session start date, followed by signing a training agreement.


If funded by an OPCO (French training fund operator), the client must submit are quest 10 days prior to the session start date.
