It begins with a fundamental three-step training phase offered to senior management and all managers in an organization. All company and team leaders, as well as key individuals, are selected to receive the three-step training. These three workshops are also the three crucial steps to building high-performance teams.

A preparatory meeting precedes the three training workshops to enable the Team Factory© coach to personalize the approach and grasp the objectives and results the company wants to achieve.

Following the three stages, an assessment and action plan meeting is scheduled to validate the needs and follow-up of the Team Factory© coaching.

Deux chapitres qui ont pour but d’analyser le leadership de vos gestionnaires ainsi que le taux de fierté des équipes afin de les améliorer.
