Objectives
Thismanagement training program is designed to develop new management reflexes andfoster a positive mindset. The program includes three key steps that enhanceorganizational culture, equipping leaders of participating organizations withvaluable skills.
Our approach stands out for delivering measurable results in the workplace andsharing concrete tools to elevate HR practices based on gaps identified bymanagers.
Intended Audience
Managers,executives, HR Directors, HR Managers, CEOs, senior leaders, and directors
(Participant eligibility is verified through a pre-session entry questionnaire)
Prerequisites
Must hold amanagerial or supervisory position.
Tools and InstructionalMethodology
· Three 3-hour groupworkshops for up to 15 participants.
· Individual workbooks withcourse content and practical exercises.
· Dedicated exchange platformfor trainer and participant interactions, providing supplemental materials.
· Six-month access to adigital platform with video modules covering workshop topics.
· Training sessions can beconducted onsite at the company or remotely if a participant is unavailable.

Enrollment and AccessProcedures
Enrollmentis confirmed upon acceptance of the service proposal provided to the client atleast 6 days before the session start date, followed by signing a training agreement.
If funded by an OPCO (French training fund operator), the client must submit arequest 10 days prior to the session start date.
